Family Office Services

Discreet, consolidated oversight of property held by families and private offices, with one reporting line across the whole holding.

Property held by a family rarely arrives as a portfolio. It accumulates: a house bought decades ago, a shop with a flat above it, a development that was meant to be sold and never was, something inherited in another name. Each part is often managed by a different firm, on a different basis, reporting to a different person.

We act as the single point of oversight across all of it.

What that means in practice

  • One consolidated view. Every asset, tenancy, certificate and cost in one place, including assets managed by other agents, where we act as client-side overseer.
  • One reporting line. Regular reporting in a format agreed with you and your advisers, instead of six agents’ formats reconciled by hand.
  • Continuity across generations. Records, histories and reasoning documented so the next person to take responsibility can pick them up.
  • Coordination with your existing advisers. Accountants, solicitors, trustees and investment managers already in place stay in place. We work to them.

Discretion

Instructions of this kind are handled by a named individual. Details are not discussed outside the people you have specified, staffing is narrow, and nothing about a client’s holdings appears in our marketing. That is one reason this website contains no case studies.

Succession and restructuring

Where a holding is being reorganised, between generations, into or out of trust, or around a sale, we provide the property-side input: what each asset is worth, what it costs to run, what condition it is in, what obligations attach to it, and what would need to happen for it to be sold or retained sensibly.

That work sits alongside acquisitions and disposals and asset management, and is usually best begun well before it is needed.
