The Practice
Long-term holdings need long-term management.
Estate Management London is a property and asset management practice. Our clients hold London property for the long term, and most of the work is continuous: collecting rent, keeping compliance current, instructing the right contractor at the right price, and answering the telephone when something has gone wrong at nine o’clock on a Sunday evening.
We work across the whole life of an asset: acquisition, development, letting, day-to-day management and disposal. The person who advises you on a purchase is the person who will manage the building afterwards.
Our fee schedules for landlords and tenants are published on this site in full, with the VAT position against every item.

What we charge.
Every charge a landlord or tenant can incur through this office is on one page, with the VAT position against each item. The management fee is a flat 5%. Tenancy set-up or renewal is £50, and referencing is £25 per tenant or guarantor.
